A 5-day challenge for ambitious young adults ages 18–25 who want to learn real-world money skills, entrepreneurship, communication, and leadership.

Helping young adults build leadership, stewardship, communication, and financial wisdom for their future.

Why We Created This Challenge

Last year, the Baxi family donated scholarship, $500 to the Flagler Education Foundation in support of a local 4-H speech contest, and the story was featured in the local newspaper.

We believe young people need more opportunities to build confidence, communication skills, financial awareness, and leadership before they step fully into adulthood.

Built by a Family That Believes in Young Leaders

This challenge is led by the Baxi family.

Minesh Baxi is a business and financial coach, TEDx speaker, and community leader. His children, Saahil Baxi, 18, and Macy Baxi, 22, are both TEDx speakers and are passionate about helping young people build confidence early.

Through the Millionaires in Training community, students will learn practical skills most schools do not teach clearly enough: money, communication, entrepreneurship, leadership, and action-taking.
